加强新时代监狱人民警察队伍建设的思考——基于监狱监管安全角度

摘　　要：监管安全从广义上来说就是监狱安全,它是一项综合工程,是监狱一切工作的基础。在新时代,坚持总体国家安全观,是监狱落实监管安全,维护和塑造国家安全的行动指南。落实好监管安全,必须有一支政治合格、本领过硬的监狱人民警察队伍。为适应新时代的要求,监狱必须狠抓队伍政治思想建设;要多措并举,强化队伍专业化建设;要发挥“头雁效应”,落实和完善职业保障制度;要从严治警,确保队伍安全。Regulatory safety is prison safety in a broad sense and is a comprehensive project that is the foundation of all work in prisons.One of the important guarantees for regulatory safety is that there is a politically qualified and capable people's police team.In the new era,adhering to the overall national security concept is an action guide for prisons to implement regulatory safety and maintain and shape national security.The prison people's police team is the primary factor in ensuring the safety of prison supervision.However,there are many inconsistencies in the current prison personnel's police force in China and the regulatory requirements of the new era.Starting from the background of the new era,this paper puts forward the supervision and security of the situation,and puts forward the problem performance and solution of the prison people's police team and the new era supervision safety.
