摘　　要：在激烈的市场环境中,建筑企业为保障自身市场竞争力,对项目进行全过程造价管理成为其发展的必然趋势。本文以全过程工程造价咨询管理内容分析作为切入点,对当前工程造价全过程咨询管理的现状进行分析,并针对现状中的问题给出相应的解决策略和思考途径。Under the competitive market environment,the construction enterprises are facing drastic competition,and the consultative management of engineering cost in whole process will be an inevitable trend in the development of construction enterprises.With the analysis of the consultative management of engineering cost in whole process as the starting point,this paper presents a general diagnosis and solution strategy based on analyzing present situation of the consultative management of engineering cost in whole process.
