摘 要:20世纪90年代,开放式MR系统和MR兼容性介入设备出现,使MR导引介入诊疗开始应用于临床。MR导引诊疗有诸多优点,如无电离辐射、高对比度分辨力、高空间分辨力、高时间分辨力、多平面成像能力、对流动和温度敏感性、功能成像等。随着更高场强、超高速扫描序列,MR兼容穿刺针、消融针、室内监视器及机器人辅助装置的发展,MR导引经皮活检、肿瘤消融治疗、冠状动脉介入治疗具有广阔的应用前景。In the 1990 s, open MR system and MR compatible interventional equipment came out one after another, and MR-guided interventional diagnosis and treatment technology(regarded as interventional MRI or i MRI) began to be applied in clinical practice. Interventional MRI has many advantages, such as no ionizing radiation, excellent contrast resolution, high spatial resolution, real-time display, multi-planar reconstruction imaging ability, sensitivity to flow and temperature, functional imaging, etc. With the emergence and development of higher magnetic field intensity, ultra-high speed scanning sequence, MR-compatible puncture needles and ablation probes, indoor monitor, robot-assisted devices, etc. the MR-guided transcatheter biopsy,tumor ablation and coronary intervention therapy have been widely employed in clinical practice and i MRI has a broad application prospect.
