摘　　要：工匠精神是推动技术和工业发展的精神动力,弘扬工匠精神将促进我国工业技术进一步发展。工匠精神在现代性转换中面临着一系列历史困境,与现代生产观、技术创新观及马克思主义劳动观存在着矛盾和冲突。从新时代的视角出发,工匠精神包含着更为丰富的时代诉求,要求技术与艺术的统一、求精与求效的统一、守正与创新的统一、造物与育人的统一。结合工匠精神的历史困境和时代诉求,新时代工匠精神的内核重构应从厚植工匠文化、强化技术教育、完善工匠评价激励机制、创设尊崇工匠的社会环境四个方面入手,培育新时代的大国工匠。Craftsman spirit is the spiritual motive force to promote the development of technology and industry.Promoting craftsman spirit will promote the further development of industrial technology in China.The craftsman spirit is facing a series of historical dilemmas in the transformation of modernity,which are in contradiction and conflict with modern production concept,technological innovation concept and Marxist labor concept.From the perspective of the new era,craftsmanship spirit contains more abundant demands of the times,requiring the unity of technology and art,the unity of perfection and efficiency,the unity of integrity and innovation,and the unity of creation and education.Combining with the historical predicament and demands of the craftsman spirit,the reconstruction of the core of the craftsman spirit in the new era should start from four aspects:planting craftsman culture,strengthening technical education,perfecting the incentive mechanism of craftsman evaluation,and creating a social environment respecting craftsmen,so as to cultivate the large craftsmen in the new era.
