数量、质量抑或性价比:中国农产品出口增长动力来源与转换研究

摘　　要：农产品出口是中国农业发展的重要引擎,而保持农产品出口的可持续增长则必须根据国际、国内环境的变化调整出口驱动力。本文采用2000-2017年中国对美国农产品出口HS十分位数据,探讨中国农产品的出口动力源泉。从静态和动态的三元边际视角出发,采用核密度估计方法分析发现,虽然中国对美农产品的出口增长动力主要来自数量边际,但只有在质量-数量边际共同作用下才能诠释出口增长的89. 3%,且出口动力的边际贡献率走势以2008年金融危机为转折点,开始由数量边际驱动型向质量边际驱动型转变;为了实现出口增长动力的转型升级,性价比即质量除以价格才是中国农产品出口增长持续稳定增长的真实动力。未来,坚持优质优价的高性价比出口模式将是中国农产品出口持续增长的源泉,这一研究对于中国农业的结构调整和转型升级具有重要的政策启示。Agri-product export is a main engine for the development of China’ s agricultural industry,and it is important to adjust the sustainable growth of agri-cultural export constantly according to the changes in international and domestic environment. Using trade data of the United States imported HS10-coded from 2000 to 2017,this paper analysed the impetus of China’ s agri-product export. The following results are obtained: According to the static and dynamic analysis,although the export growth momentum mainly comes from the quantity margin,the quality-quantity margin contributes 89. 3% of the export growth only when the kernel density estimation is taken into consideration. When considering the change of contribution rate,the power of export growth has changed from quantity margin to quality margin since 2008. Based on different competition patterns,competitive price-performance ratio,the strength of China’ s agri-product exports to achieve steady growth in the future,is the real power of driving China ’ s agri-product export industry to transform and upgrade. The above results may shed light on the drafting of some important policies.
