绿色发展理念下电商企业物流成本管理——以苏宁易购为例

摘　　要：目前,随着我国对绿色发展理念的重视程度不断加深,经济领域内各行各业纷纷将绿色发展作为其重要的发展方向。与人民生活息息相关的电商、物流业也日益注重绿色发展以适应时代潮流。对于电商企业而言,如何在绿色发展理念下提高物流服务水平的同时合理控制物流成本,已成为一大难题。文章以苏宁易购为例,分析其绿色物流成本管理方法以及绿色物流技术对成本管理的影响,为电商企业绿色物流的发展提出可行性建议。Nowadays, with the increasing emphasis on the concept of green development in China, all walks of life in the economic field have taken green development as an important direction of development. E-commerce and logistics industries, which are closely related to people’s lives, are also increasingly focusing on green development to adapt to the current trend. For Ecommerce enterprises, how to improve the logistics service level while controlling the logistics cost under the green development concept has become a major problem. Taking SUNING as an example, we are going to analyze its green logistics cost management method and the impact of green logistics technology on cost management to propose feasible suggestions for the development of green logistics of E-commerce enterprises.
