摘 要:自国家提出乡村振兴战略和"四好农村公路"以来,我国城乡公交获得了快速发展,为开展小件快运提供了基础.文章以城乡公交网络为背景,开展对小件快运路径选择的研究,以最短运输时间和最低运输成本为目标,以客车行李舱的装载和容量限制为约束条件,应用运筹学中目标规划的方法分别对单个运输目标和整体运输目标建立模型;最后,结合渭南市华州区城乡公交线网的实际情况进行运输路线选择,运用所建模型和LINGO软件求解最佳运输路线方案,验证了模型的有效性.Since the country proposed the rural revitalization strategy and the" four good rural roads", China’s urban and rural public transport has achieved rapid development, providing a basis for small-scale express delivery. Based on the urban-rural bus network as the background, this paper studies the selection of small-speed express routes, with the shortest transportation time and the lowest transportation cost as the goal, and the loading and capacity limitation of passenger luggage compartment as the constraint, applying the goal planning method in operations research. Modeling individual transportation targets and overall transportation targets respectively;Finally, combining the actual situation of urban and rural bus lines in Huazhou District of Weinan City, the transportation route selection is carried out, and the model and LINGO software are used to solve the optimal transportation route plan, and the model is verified effectiveness.
