摘　　要：从售后备件对客户满意度的影响出发,阐明研究汽车备件供应链的必要性;阐述了国内外研究现状;提出汽车备件供应链过程可靠性定义;分析传统汽车备件供应链以及可靠性影响因素;从可靠性角度进行汽车备件供应链优化,并总结汽车备件供应链优化措施;对文章的研究进行了总结与展望.From the influence of auto spare parts to customer satisfaction,the necessity of the research on the supply chain of auto spare parts is illuminated.The research status at home and abroad is expounded.The reliability definition of supply chain process relevant to auto spare parts is summarized.Analysis on traditional supply chian of auto spare parts and reliability influence factors is made.From the viewpoint of reliability,the supply chain of auto spare parts is optimized and the optimization measures is summarized.The summary and outlook of the article is made.
