机构改革后地方档案馆资源整合特点及思路探究

摘　　要：地方档案馆的资源整合应该契合当下机构改革的目标要求。文章从新定位、新理念、新视野三个维度分析了新一轮机构改革后地方档案资源整合呈现的特点,提出统一规划部署、明确整合重难点、设计实施步骤、构建扁平化整合模式、加强人才资源整合力度、拓展地方档案资源整合能效六个方面的思路,以期对机构改革后地方档案馆资源整合提供借鉴。The resource integration of local archives should conform to the current goals and requirements of institutional reform. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the integration of local archives resources after the new round of institutional reform from three dimensions of new orientation, new concept and new vision, and puts forward six ideas: unified planning and deployment, clear integration priorities and difficulties, design implementation steps, build a flat integration mode, strengthen the integration of human resources, and expand the efficiency of the integration of local archives resources, in order to provides reference for integration of local archives resources after institutional reform.
