摘　　要：目的:掌握湖南省某强制隔离戒毒所毒品成瘾依赖者的健康状况,了解强制隔离戒毒人员中的主要病种及生活行为习惯、吸毒行为特征等,由此探索毒品成瘾者这个特殊群体的易感疾病以及导致这些疾病的可能原因,从而为实施有效的干预措施提供参考,提高强制隔离戒毒所的医疗工作。方法:对某所2017年11月到2018年11月收治人员的体检资料进行回顾性分析及问卷调查法。结果:毒品依赖者入所常规实验室、辅助检查总阳性率达96.93%,肝功能、心电图、B超、X线检查的阳性率分别达41%、17.5%、42%、8.7%。其中居前位的病种有丙肝、高血压、梅毒、艾滋病。结论:强制隔离戒毒人员躯体状况差,主要病种为传染病。精神障碍作为新型毒品下催生的另一重要疾病,也成为戒毒场所的重要医疗安全隐患。强制戒毒所要不断加强医务力量的建设,严格落实入所体检制度,保存体检证据,制定与当地地方医院双向转诊的技术标准,早发现早治疗,充分保障戒毒人员以及场所工作人员的生命健康权利。Objective: To grasp the health status of drug addicts in a compulsory isolation detoxification center in Hunan Province, to understand the main diseases, living habits and drug addiction behavior characteristics of drug addicts in compulsory isolation detoxification, so as to explore the susceptible diseases of drug addicts as a special group and the possible causes of these diseases, so as to provide reference for the implementation of effective intervention measures and improve compulsory isolation detoxification. Medical work in drug institutes. Methods: Retrospective analysis and questionnaire survey were carried out on the medical examination data of the medical staff in our center from November 2017 to November 2018. Results: The positive rates of routine laboratory and auxiliary examination were 96.93%. The positive rates of liver function, electrocardiogram, B-mode ultrasonography and X-ray examination were 41%, 17.5%, 42% and 8.7% respectively. The leading diseases are hepatitis C, hypertension, syphilis and AIDS. Conclusion: The physical condition of drug addicts under compulsory isolation is poor, and the main diseases are infectious diseases. Psychiatric disorders, another important disease caused by new drugs, have also become an important hidden danger of medical safety in drug treatment places. Compulsory drug rehabilitation centers should constantly strengthen the construction of medical forces, strictly implement the medical examination system, preserve medical evidence, formulate technical standards for two-way referral with local hospitals, early detection and early treatment, and fully guarantee the right to life and health of drug addicts and site staff.
