摘 要:目的:了解本院真菌感染的分布特点及其耐药特性,指导临床合理用药。方法:对临床分离的301株真菌,用法国梅里埃公司的VITEK 2 YST Test Kit在VITEK 2 Compact System进行鉴定,用ATB FUNGUS3进行药敏试验。结果:301株真菌经鉴定,共有14种真菌,其中以白假丝酵母菌(占49.5%)和热带假丝酵母菌(占23.3%)为主。各种真菌对5种抗真菌药的敏感性和耐药性各不相同。结论:真菌感染逐年上升,实验室真菌药敏试验结果对临床治疗有很好的指导意义。Objective: We aimed to investigate the distribution and drug resistance of fungus in our hospital, thus guiding drug choice in clinics. Methods: 301 funguses were identified using VITEK 2 YST Test Kit and VITEK 2 Compact System from biomerieux of France. ATB FUNGUS3 was used to perform susceptibility test. Results: We identified 14 classes of fungus from 301 fungus, most of which were Candida albicans(49.5%) and Candida tropicalis(23.3%). The fungus varied in drug resistance of the five anti-fungus agents. Conclusion: Fungal infection is increasing year by year, and susceptibility reports will have significance for guiding clinical therapy.
