摘 要:目的响应面法优化超声提取通经草总黄酮的工艺条件。方法在单因素试验结果的基础上,以通经草总黄酮收率为指标,应用响应面法考察乙醇浓度、液料比和超声时间对通经草总黄酮提取收率的影响,根据Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计原理,建立回归模型,进行响应面分析。结果通经草总黄酮超声提取最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为57%,液料比34:1,超声提取时间为77 min,总黄酮收率可达10.19%。结论响应面法可较好地优化通经草总黄酮的提取条件,得到的回归方程与试验结果拟合性好。Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Aleuritopteris argentea by response surface methodology.Methods Based on the results of single-factor test,the effects of extraction time,the ratio of liquid to material and the ethanol concentration were investigated by response surface methodology,using the yield of total flavonoids as response.According to the principle of Box-Behnken central composite test design,the response surface methodology was used to establish the regression model.Results The optimal reflux extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Aleuritopteris argentea were as follows:the ethanol concentration was 57%,the ratio of liquid to solid was 34:1,the extraction time was 77 min,and the yield of total flavonoids reached 10.19%.Conclusion The response surface methodology can be used to optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Aleuritopteris argentea.The regression equation is in good agreement with the experimental results.It can provide reference for the extraction of total flavonoids from Aleuritopteris argentea.
