摘 要:传统人工进行纸张质量检测的方法存在高成本、低效能且容易漏检错检等问题。因此,开发出一种能够自动进行纸张质量检测的监控系统,成为促进造纸工业化自动化生产的必要条件之一。文章基于智能视频检测技术开发出一款能够进行纸张现场监测的软件。该软件通过视频采集系统、纸张质量检测设备、服务器以及客户端等模块,将断纸检测设备与视频采集和分析技术进行了融合,实现了对造纸现场故障的准确检测和定位,有效保证了纸张生产效率和纸张质量。Traditional manual paper quality testing methods have some problems,such as high cost,low efficiency and easy to miss detection and error detection.Therefore,the development of a monitoring system that can automatically detect the quality of paper has become one of the necessary conditions to promote the industrial automation of papermaking production.Based on intelligent video detection technology,a software that can monitor paper on-site was developed.Through video capture system,paper quality detection equipment,server and client module,the software integrates paper breakage detection equipment with video capture and analysis technology,the accurate detection and location of paper faults on the spot was realized,paper production efficiency and paper quality was effectively guaranteed.
