闽北颚口线虫鳝鱼感染率调查及其Ⅲ期幼虫形态特征观察

摘　　要：目的了解鳝鱼体内颚口线虫(gnathostoma)感染情况,观察颚口线虫Ⅲ期幼虫形态特征。方法收购闽北浦城县的忠信、水南和永兴等5个乡镇农民自行捕获的165尾鳝鱼,同时采购闽北光泽、顺昌和建瓯等5个县区市售110尾鳝鱼;以压片镜检内脏,消化法检测肌肉;观察和分析颚口线虫Ⅲ期幼虫形态学特征。结果 5个乡镇农民自行捕捞鳝鱼,平均感染率10.3%(17/165);5个县区市售鳝鱼感染率15.5%(17/110),这两类鳝鱼的感染率差异无统计学意义;检获颚口线虫Ⅲ期幼虫,经文献资料比对为陶氏颚口线虫。结论本次调查发现,无论是购自农民捕获的鳝鱼还是市售鳝鱼,均有较高的颚口线虫Ⅲ期幼虫感染率和感染度。应提倡熟食鳝鱼,以避免感染。Objective To study the infection situation of gnathostoma in eel,observe the morphological characteristics of the stage Ⅲ larvae. Methods Totally 165 eels were collected, they caught by farmers in five townships(Zhongxin, Shuinan and Yongxing,etc.) of Pucheng County and 110 eels for sale were collected in five counties and districts(Guangze, Shunchang and Jianou,etc.)in northern Fujian.The compressed tablet of viscera of gnathostoma were detected by microscopic observation,the muscle was detected by digestion method. The morphological characteristics of stage Ⅲ larvae of gnathostoma were observed and analyzed. Results The mean infection rate of eels caught by farmers in the five townships was 10.3%(17/165) and the rate of eels for sale in five counties and districts was 15.5%(17/110),and there was no significant difference for the two kinds of gnathostom. The stage Ⅲ larvae of gnathostoma was identified as gnathostoma dorolesi according to the literature comparison. Conclusion This survey found that there were higher infection rate and infection degree of stage Ⅲ larvae of gnathostoma both the eels caught by farmers and the eels for sale. Eating thoroughly cooked eels in daily life should be advocated to avoid the infection.
