摘　　要：以文献研究法、分析法对"医养结合"和"体医结合"模式进行分析与整合,提出了新时代社区"体育+医疗+养老"的服务方式,构建了"体医养融合"养老服务模式,阐述了该模式的理念内涵、国内外相关研究、理论依据和构建方式,旨在推动我国新时代健康老龄化更好地向前发展。With literature research, this paper analyzes and integrates the "medical care integration"and"physical medicine integration"pattern, then puts forward a new era of community service mode of"sports,medical care and pension integration", build the "physical medicine pension integration"service mode,meanwhile expounds the mode of concept connotation, domestic and foreign related research, theoretical basis and construction manner, promotes our country new era towards the development of healthy aging.
