摘　　要：本文对我国人民币可兑换现状进行了评估,认为目前大部分资本项目子项均打通了资本流动渠道。货币可兑换与可自由使用是货币对外开放的两种表现形式,二者相互影响、相互促进。需从有序提高跨境资本和金融交易可兑换程度、健全宏观审慎框架下跨境资本流动体系、推动人民币国际化相关制度和基础设施建设等方面,稳步提升人民币可自由使用程度。This paper evaluates the current status of RMB convertibility in China. It is believed that most of the sub-items of the current capital project have opened up capital flow channels. Currency convertibility and free use are two manifestations of currency openness,which affect mutually and promote each other. It is necessary to steadily increase the degree of free use of the RMB in order to improve the cross-border capital and financial transaction convertibility, improve the cross-border capital flow system under the macro-prudential framework, and promote the construction of RMB internationalization systems and infrastructure.
