摘　　要：土地资源利用效益的高低与区域发展密切相关。本文对大连市土地资源利用结构和土地资源利用程度进行了分析,在此基础上结合大连市的社会现状,构建土地资源利用效益评价指标体系,采用变异系数法确定权重,运用综合指数模型对大连市土地资源利用的综合效益进行评价,最后对计算结果进行分析。结果表明:大连市土地资源利用综合效益指数整体呈上升趋势,2007~2011年处于较低效利用水平,2012~2016年处于中效利用水平。大连市土地资源利用的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益指数的变化有所波动但总体来说都呈上升趋势,其中生态效益对综合效益的影响最大,贡献率最大,其次是社会效益。对大连市土地资源利用效益的评价可以为相关部门制定政策提供依据从而促进大连市实现土地资源的可持续发展。The utilization efficiency of land resources is closely related to regional development.In this paper,the structure of land resources and the utilization degree of land resources in Dalian are analyzed.On this basis,combining with the social status of Dalian City,the evaluation index system of land resources utilization benefit is constructed,the weight is determined by the variation coefficient method,and the comprehensive index model is used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of Dalian.Finally,the evaluation results are analyzed.The results show that the comprehensive benefit index of land resources utilization in Dalian is in a relatively low efficiency level from 2007 to 2011,and in the medium efficiency level from 2012 to 2016.Although the overall efficiency index of land resources utilization is on the rise.The changes of economic,social and ecological benefits of land resources in Dalian have fluctuated,but in general,there is an upward trend.The ecological benefit has the greatest impact on comprehensive benefits,and the contribution rate is the largest,followed by social benefits.The evaluation of the utilization efficiency of the land resources in Dalian can provide the basis for the relevant departments to formulate policies to promote the sustainable development of the land resources in Dalian.
