摘 要:通过对苏云金芽孢杆菌以色列亚种(Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. israelensis,Bti)发酵液浓缩工艺的研究,探索了不同温度对浓缩液有效成分的影响程度,比较了不同浓缩方式、不同干燥方式处理下有效成分的回收率。结果表明,采用真空薄膜浓缩方式最终得到的产物质量是离心浓缩方式得到产物质量的176%,效价回收率提高了36%。Through the study on the concentration process of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. israelensis(Bti) fermentation broth,the effects of different temperatures on the active components of the concentrate were explored. The recovery rates of the active components under different concentration methods and different drying methods were compared. The results show that the quality of the product finally obtained by the vacuum film concentration method is 176% of the mass of the product obtained by centrifugal concentration, and the recovery rate of the potency is increased by 36%.
