摘　　要：从威海市实际情况出发,构建土地利用与社会经济评价指标体系,通过熵值法确定权重,然后运用耦合协调度模型对威海市土地利用与社会经济协调发展度进行综合评价。结果表明,2002-2016年威海市土地利用水平和社会经济发展水平呈上升趋势,协调度和协调发展水平也处于不断上升趋势,协调等级从轻度失调土地利用滞后型上升至初级协调土地利用滞后型,但距离高度协调还有不少上升空间。在未来发展中不仅要注重社会经济增长,也要加强土地利用管理,才能实现土地利用与社会经济的协调发展。Based on the actual situation of Weihai city, the index system of land use and social economic evaluation is constructed. The entropy method is used to determine the weight, and then the coupling coordination degree model is used to comprehensively evaluate the coordinated development of land use and social economy in Weihai. The results show that the land use level and social and economic development level of Weihai city are on the rise from 2002 to 2016. The degree of coordination and coordinated development is also on the rise. The coordination level has risen from the slight lag of land use lag to the primary coordinated land use lag type. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement in height coordination.In the future development, we must not only pay attention to social and economic growth, but also strengthen land use management in order to achieve coordinated development of land use and social economy.
