摘　　要：随着我国经济发展水平的稳步提升、居民消费结构的转型升级和国民收入水平的不断提高,艺术品投资在消费者可支配收入中所占比重不断增加。目前我国艺术品市场金融化趋势日益增强,规模不断扩大,金融创新发展迅速,文化产权交易所模式发展迅速,但在产业链、市场风险、相关法律法规等方面还存在一些问题。今后可通过完善艺术品金融产业链、引进和培养艺术金融复合型人才、建立和完善专业的艺术品市场金融化风险控制体系、制定相关法律法规和监管制度等举措,以推动我国艺术品市场金融化发展。With the steady improvement of the economy,the transformation and upgrading of resident consumption structure and the continuous improvement of the level of national income in China,the proportion of art investment in consumers'disposable income keeps increasing,and the art market shows a trend of financialization,which is still growing.At present,the art investment market has become one of the three major investment fields in China.This paper will be based on the study of the financialization of the art market and related theories such as wealth growth theory,transaction cost theory,technology promotion theory and institutional innovation theory.By analyzing the status quo of financialization of China's art market,it puts forward relevant development suggestions,which includes improving the art financial industry chain,introducing and cultivating inter-disciplinary talents in art finance,establishing and improving the professional art market financialization risk control system,and formulating relevant laws and regulations and regulatory systems.
