摘　　要：流域综合治理是生态文明建设的重要组成部分。为促进流域综合治理,各地积极探索市场化投融资途径,但面临项目资金平衡难以实现等困难。在现有用地管理规制下,结合实践案例,总结PPP土地资源补偿配置的实现条件,并探讨流域综合治理的PPP土地资源补偿路径,为流域综合治理投融资模式创新提供新的思路。Comprehensive management of river basins forms an important part of ecological civilization initiative. Local authorities have been exploring the ways of market-oriented investment and financing in order to meet challenges faced by project implementation. Under the current regulation of land use, combining with typical cases in practice,discussions are made on the precondition and methods for compensation of land acquisition of PPP projects, so as to provide an insight for innovation of investment and financing models of comprehensive management of river basins.
