摘　　要：目的探讨早期使用高渗糖联合高负压治疗难治性气胸的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的60例难治性气胸患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组患者使用高渗糖联合高负压治疗,对照组患者使用胸腔内注入高渗糖、持续胸腔内负压、胸腔引流等常规治疗。比较两组患者的并发症发生、复发情况。结果观察组患者的并发症总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总复发率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将高渗糖联合高负压治疗用于难治性气胸疾病中,能够降低患者的并发症发生率及复发率,具有临床使用及推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of early hypertonic sugar combined with high negative pressure treating refractory pneumothorax.Methods Sixty patients with refractory pneumothorax admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with hypertonic sugar combined with high negative pressure,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods such as intrathoracic injection of hypertonic sugar,continuous intrathoracic negative pressure,thoracic drainage,etc.The complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 26.66%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hypertonic sugar combined with high negative pressure in refractory pneumothorax can reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,and has clinical application and popularization value.
