优质护理在卵巢囊肿围术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在卵巢囊肿围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年12月~2018年6月我院收治的80例卵巢囊肿切除术后患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组应用常规护理方案,观察组应用优质护理方案。比较两组的术后排气时间,术后首次下床时间、住院时间及护理总满意度。结果观察组的术后排气时间、术后首次下床时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿切除术后患者应用优质护理能缩短术后排气时间,术后首次下床时间及住院时间,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in the perioperative nursing of ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 80 patients with ovarian cyst after resection in our hospital from December 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study object,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing methods,40 cases in each group.The routine nursing plan was used in the control group and the high quality nursing plan was used in the observation group.The postoperative exhaust time,the first time of getting out of bed,the time of hospitalization and the total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of exhausting air,getting out of bed for the first time and staying in hospital in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing can shorten the postoperative exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed and hospital stay,and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
