摘  要:从Maxwell方程出发,通过对电磁场进行理论分析,得到软接触结晶器电磁场的分布计算,进而可以计算出电磁场在结晶器内的衰减规律、电磁力及电磁压力的大小,并以此建立软接触结晶器电磁场作用的数学模型。研究结果认为:电磁场在不同介质中会呈指数衰减,且磁场频率越大衰减速度越快;电磁力大小与频率密切相关,频率越大导体单位体积受到的电磁力越大,且电导率越大,相同频率下受到的电磁力较大;电磁压力在不同导体介质中的衰减规律基本一致,随着频率的增大电磁压力衰减速度增大,当电导率较小时,电磁压力衰减相对减缓。Based on Maxwell equation,the distribution calculation of electromagnetic field in soft contact mold can be obtained through the theoretical analysis,thus calculating the attenuation rule of electromagnetic field in mold,the electromagnetic force and electromagnetic pressure,which created the mathematical model of electromagnetic field effect in soft contact mold.The results show that:the electromagnetic field will decay exponentially in different media,and the larger the frequency of the magnetic field is,the faster the decay speed is;the electromagnetic force is closely related to the frequency,thus the larger the frequency is,the greater the electromagnetic force per unit volume of the conductor is,and the greater the conductivity is,the greater the electromagnetic force with the same frequency is;the attenuation rule of electromagnetic pressure in different conductive media is basically the same,thus the decay rate of electromagnetic pressure increases with the increasing of frequency and vice versa.
