摘  要:板形是冷轧酸轧带材生产的重要控制目标,板形控制对后产线的生产至关重要,它直接影响连退退火炉的稳定性和镀锌表面涂覆均匀性等,并且是客户满意度要求的关键指标之一。重点研究了连退发生跑偏时酸轧轧机板形控制的手段。通过修改酸轧产线的板形目标曲线、优化弯辊力和弯辊补偿,以及带头板形控制等一系列措施,生产出了满足后道产线要求的板形。Strip shape is an important control objective of cold rolling and acid rolling strip production.Strip shape control is very important to the production of the post production line,which directly affects the stability of the continuous annealing furnace and the uniformity of zinc coating,and is one of the key indicators of customer satisfaction.In this paper,the strip shape control of acid rolling mill is studied during the continuous annealing deviation.Through a series of measures,such as modifying the shape target curve,optimizing bending force and compensation,and controlling the shape of the strip head,the strip shape that meets the requirements of the later production line is produced.
