大连龙湖湿地产油真菌的筛选及其产油率测定

摘　　要：采用苏丹黑B染色法从大连龙湖湿土壤中地分离获得5株可产油真菌。经形态学鉴定,分别是土曲霉(Aspergillus terreus)、淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyces lilacinus)、毡状枝顶孢(Acremonium kiliense)、朱黄青霉(Penicillium minioluteum)、橘黄青霉(Penicillium aurantiogriseum)。采用酸热法破碎细胞、甲醇-氯仿法进行了油脂的提取并计算,确定其中土曲霉产油率最高,产油率为47.6%。Five oleaginous Fungus were isolated from the wet soil of Longhu Lake in Dalian by Sudan black B staining.For morphological identification,the five strains were respectively Aspergillus terreus,Paecilomyceslilacinus,Acremonium kiliense,Penicillium minioluteum and Penicillium aurantiogrieum.The oil production rate of Aspergillus terrus was the highest,which was 47.6%,by breaking cell using acid-heated method and extraction of oil by methanol chloroform method.
