摘　　要：对1655个饲料产品中玉米赤霉烯酮污染状况进行了调查,采取酶联试剂盒初筛和液相色谱法验证2种形式。结果表明,玉米赤霉烯酮在乳猪配合饲料和青年母猪配合饲料中超标相对较严重,超标率分别为8.3%和5.1%。饲料产品中玉米赤霉烯酮的污染程度在不同地区中有明显差异,华北地区乳猪配合饲料超标率达到16.1%,而东北地区的乳猪配合料超标率为1.1%。不同企业规模的饲料产品受玉米赤霉烯酮污染程度同样存在差异,中小企业的超标率明显高于大企业。The Zearalenone pollution status survey in feedstuffs,a total of 1655 samples detected by ELISA Initial detection and HPLC method to validation.The Zearalenone in piglet feed and young sows with feed exceeded the most serious,Exceeding the rate of 8.3%and 5.1%.There is a big difference between the Zearalenone pollution in different regions,North China region exceeded the rate of 16.1%in piglet feed.Northeast China exceed the standard rate of 1.1%.There are also differences in the scale of different enterprises.SMEs exceeded the rate was significantly higher than large enterprises.
