摘　　要：非洲猪瘟被世界动物卫生组织列为需通报动物疫病,被我国农业农村部列为一类疫病。自国内发生首次非洲猪瘟疫情后,给中国养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。非洲猪瘟至今没有有效的疫苗,为了在疫情发生时及时、准确诊断该疫病,文章重点论述该病的临床和解剖学诊断以及实验室诊断方法。African swine fever(ASF)was listed as a notifiable terrestrial animal disease by the World Organisa tion for animal health and was listed as a epidemic by the ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China.Since the first ASF epidemic occurred in China,it had caused huge economic losses to the pig industry.There was no effective vaccine for ASF.In order to timely and accurately diagnose the epidemic when the epidemic occurs,this paper reviewed the clinical and anatomical diagnosis of the disease,and laboratory diagnostic methods.
