媒体融合发展视域下高校宣传思想工作的创新研究

摘　　要：高校宣传思想工作肩负着贯彻党的教育方针政策的职责,不止是推动高校发展及深化改革进程,更能明显增强高校教职员工的工作凝聚力,而媒体融合为帮助高校树立良好的社会形象提供强有力的舆论阵地支持,媒体平台占据传播先进思想文化极其重要的地位及作用.以媒体融合发展为切入点分析其与高校宣传思想工作间的联系,深入探究具体的创新工作方法,为相关从业人员积累更多的工作经验.The publicity and ideology work of colleges and universities undertakes the duties of implementing the Party's educational policies.This work not only promotes the development and deepens the process of reform in colleges and universities,but also improves the cohesion of faculty and staff*within.The media integration functions as powerful public opinion support in establishing a good social image for colleges and universities.Media platforms perform extremely important role in spreading advanced culture.Starting with the media integration development,this thesis analyzes the connection between the publicity and ideology work and the media integration development.It,furthermore,probes deeply on raising specific innovation methodology,aiming to offer more experiences for related staffs.
