湿润烧伤膏结合中药熏洗对糖尿病足患者VEGF、CRP及溃疡愈合的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏结合中药熏洗对糖尿病足(DF)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及溃疡愈合的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月于该院就诊的DF患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。两组均行中药熏洗治疗,观察组加用湿润烧伤膏治疗,比较两组患者的VEGF、CRP水平及溃疡愈合效果。结果对照组总有效率为82.22%,观察组为95.56%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组VEGF、CRP水平及溃疡面积、溃疡深度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VEGF水平均较治疗前呈显著升高趋势(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP水平均较治疗前呈显著降低趋势(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组溃疡面积均较治疗前呈显著减小趋势(P<0.05),且观察组小于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组溃疡深度均较治疗前呈显著降低趋势(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏结合中药熏洗对DF患者VEGF、CRP水平的调节及溃疡愈合的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of moisture exposed burn ointment(MEBO)combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on VEGF,CRP and ulcer healing in the patients with diabetic foot(DF).Methods A total of 90 patients with DF treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The two groups withal conducted the therapy of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,and observation group was additionally given MEBO.VEGF,CRP and ulcer healing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 82.22%in the control group and 95.56%in the observation group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the VEGF and CRP levels,ulcer area and ulcer depth between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VEGF level in the two groups showed a significant increase trend(P<0.05),and the inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP level in the two groups showed a significant decrease trend(P<0.05),and the inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer area in the two groups showed a significant decrease trend(P<0.05),and the inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer depth in the two groups showed a significant decrease trend(P<0.05),and the inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MEBO combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing has significant effects on VEGF,CRP and ulcer healing in the patients with DF and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
