摘 要:目的:为考察白族药用植物长果颈黄芪的品质,对其多糖含量进行测定。方法:采用水提醇沉法对长果颈黄芪根中多糖进行提取,硫酸-蒽酮法对其多糖含量进行测定。结果:长果颈黄芪根的多糖含量高达15.56%,约5.5倍于正品黄芪。硫酸-蒽酮法在测定黄芪多糖含量测定中显示出较高的精密度,以及较好的稳定性和回收率。结论:长果颈黄芪根含有丰富的多糖成分,相关分析方法可用于黄芪药材、炮制品以及含黄芪制剂的多糖含量控制。Objective To explore the quality of Astragalus englerianus, a Bai nationality medicinal plant, the polysaccharides content of the plant was determined. Methods The polysaccharides were extracted by reflux method with water. After purified by ethanol, the polysaccharides content was determined by the sulfuric anthrone reaction. Results The polysaccharides content of the roots of A. englerianus was up to 15.56%, about 5.5 times higher than that of Huangqi. The anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetric assay showed high precision, stability, and recovery in the determination of Astragalus polysaccharides. Conclusion The root of A. englerianus was rich in polysaccharides. This analytical method conducted in this study could be used to the quality monitoring of the polysaccharides in Astragalus plants, as well as the processed and pharmaceutical preparations of Radix Astragali.
