摘  要:有分散式风电接入的配电网易出现电压越限。提出了一种提高风电机组无功调节能力与采用有载调压变压器(OLTC)进行电压调整的协调控制策略。首先,介绍了协调控制策略的整体方案,当配电网电压发生越限时,先借助风电机组最大风能追踪(MPPT)控制下无功输出进行快速调压;当无功出力达到极限时,暂时牺牲最大风能追踪,采用增大机组无功出力的无功最大化控制策略;若电压仍未恢复,则通过OLTC调整分接头调压。然后,给出了分散式风电机组的无功电压控制策略;最后,PSCAD仿真结果表明该协调控制策略较好地发挥了分散式风电机组与OLTC协调控制的优势,增强了配电网电压调节能力。Distribution network with decentralized wind power is prone to voltage over-limit.The paper proposes a coordinated control strategy to improve the reactive power regulation capability of wind turbines,using on-load tap changing transformer(OLTC)for voltage regulation.Firstly,the overall plan for the coordinated control strategy is introduced:when the voltage of the distribution network exceeds the limit,the reactive power output under the control of maximum wind energy tracing(MPPT)of the wind turbines is used to regulate the voltage rapidly;when the reactive power output reaches its limit,the maximum wind energy tracing suffers a loss temporarily,using the reactive power maximization control strategy to increase the reactive power output of the wind turbines;if the voltage has not yet been recovered,OLTC is adopted to adjust tap voltage.Then the reactive power and voltage control strategy is proposed for decentralized wind turbines.Finally,PSCAD based simulation results show that the proposed coordinated control strategy makes sure that the advantages of combining the decentralized wind turbines with the OLTC are well used,the voltage regulation ability of the distribution network is enhanced.
