摘  要:虚拟电厂(VPP)技术为促进风电消纳提供了新的思路。以虚拟电厂收益最大化为目标函数,构建含储热罐的热电联产-风电虚拟电厂日前-实时双阶段优化调度模型。在日前调度中优化调整各单元热电比例,并向电网调度部门申报出力,根据风电实际出力偏差实时优化CHP机组热电比,在满足供热负荷前提下,使得虚拟电厂实时出力跟踪申报出力。仿真结果表明所提方案可有效减少燃料成本和碳排放,提高虚拟电厂整体收益。Virtual power plant(VPP)technology provides a new idea for promoting wind power integration.With the objective of maximizing the profit of the VPP,a day-ahead and real-time two-stage optimal dispatching model of cogeneration-wind power VPP with the heat storage tank is established.In the day-ahead dispatching,the heat-to-electric ratio of each unit is optimized and adjusted,and the output is declared to the power dispatching department.According to the actual output deviation of the wind power,the heat-toelectric ratio of the CHP unit is optimized in real time.Under the premise that heating demand is satisfying,the real-time output of the VPP is tracked and declared.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce fuel cost and carbon emissions,and improve the overall benefits of the VPP.
