摘 要:目的:探讨急性酒精中毒后大鼠的学习记忆能力与脑组织中钙离子含量的关系。方法:选用40只SD大鼠,分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组4组,对照组大鼠灌生理盐水,高、中、低剂量组分别按16、13、10 ml/kg的剂量用红星二锅头一次性灌胃作为实验组,每组灌胃1 h后,采用Morris水迷宫实验,对大鼠进行学习记忆能力测试;大鼠学习记忆能力测试结束后断头取出脑组织,用化学比色法测定脑组织中Ca2+含量。结果:低、中、高剂量组的大鼠Morris水迷宫实验潜伏期均大于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),站台穿越次数小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组的大鼠钙离子含量均低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性酒精中毒可能通过降低脑组织中钙离子含量,进而影响大鼠学习与记忆能力,这可能是酒精中毒致大鼠认知能力障碍的机制之一。Objective:To investigate the relationship between learning and memory ability and the content of calcium ions in brain tissue of rats after acute alcoholism.Method:A total of 40 SD rats were selected and divided into the control group,low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group.Rats in the control group were given normal saline by gavage,high,medium and low dose group,respectively,according to 16 ml/kg,13 ml/kg,10 ml/kg dose of Hongxing’erguotou disposable lavage was used as experimental group,each group of gavage after 1 h,Morris water maze test was used to test the learning and memory ability of rats.After the test of learning and memory ability in rats,the brain tissue was taken out by decapitation,and the content of Ca^2+in the brain tissue was determined by chemical colorimetry.Result:The incubation period of Morris water maze experiment in rats in the low,medium and high dose groups was larger than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of platform crossing was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of calcium ions in the low,medium and high dose groups were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute alcoholism may affect the learning and memory ability of rats by reducing the content of calcium ions in brain tissue,which may be one of the mechanisms of cognitive impairment in rats caused by alcoholism.
