摘　　要：目的:探究硫辛酸治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)患者的效果及其对细胞标志蛋白(PCX)、明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)及足细胞裂孔膜蛋白(Nephrin)表达的实际影响。方法:选择2017年8月-2018年12月医院收治的68例老年T2DN患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组(34例)予以硫辛酸与常规治疗,对照组(34例)予以常规治疗,对比两组的各项指标变化。结果:观察组的肾功能、氧化应激指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的足细胞相关指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年T2DN患者予以硫辛酸治疗,可有效改善其肾功能,减轻氧化应激,减少足细胞损伤,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Lipoic Acid in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(T2DN)and its practical effect on the expression of cell marker protein(PCX),gelatinase associated apolipoproteins(NGAL)and podocyte membrane protein(Nephrin).Method:From August 2017 to December 2018,68 elderly patients with T2DN were selected as the subjects of the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=34)was treated with Lipoic Acid and routine treatment,and the control group(n=34)was treated with routine treatment.Result:The renal function and oxidative response of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the podocyte related index of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Lipoic Acid in elderly patients with T2DN can effectively improve their renal function,reduce oxidative stress and reduce podocyte injury,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
