腹部横切口剖宫产术免缝皮下脂肪组织的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析腹部横切口剖宫产术免缝合皮下脂肪组织的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院及笔者所在医院分院收治的400例腹部横切口剖宫产术产妇,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组常规缝合皮下脂肪层后再行皮内缝合,观察组不缝合皮下脂肪层直接行皮内缝合。比较两组切口缝合时间、切口愈合情况、住院时间及满意度。结果:观察组切口甲级愈合率高于对照组,切口缝合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腹部横切口剖宫产术免缝合皮下脂肪组织效果显著,明显缩短切口缝合时间及住院时间,可促进切口愈合,提高患者满意度,值得广泛推广应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of abdominal transverse incision caesarean section without suturing subcutaneous adipose tissue.Method:A total of 400 cases of cesarean section with abdominal transverse incision in our hospital and the branch of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 200 cases in each group.In the control group,intradermal suture was performed after suturing the subcutaneous adipose tissue.In the observation group,intradermal suture was performed without suturing the subcutaneous adipose tissue.The incision suture time,incision healing,hospital stay and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incision healing rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incision suture time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of abdominal transverse cesarean section without suturing subcutaneous adipose tissue is significant,significantly shorten the incision suture time and the length of hospital stay,can promote incision healing,improve patient satisfaction,worthy of extensive promotion and application.
