摘　　要：目的:研究对子宫全切术患者实施多模块护理干预对其负面情绪和手术配合度的影响。方法:纳入2017年6月-2018年5月在笔者所在医院接受子宫全切除术的64例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例。参照组给予常规护理进行干预,研讨组给予多模块护理进行干预,比较分析两组患者临床干预效果。结果:干预后研讨组焦虑评分及抑郁评分均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研讨组手术总配合度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫全切术患者实施多模块护理干预,可有效缓解患者负面情绪,提升患者手术配合度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of multi-module nursing intervention on negative emotion and operation cooperation of patients undergoing total hysterectomy.Method:A total of 64 patients who received total hysterectomy in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were included as study subjects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,32 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the research group was given multi-module nursing intervention,the clinical intervention effect of the two groups of patients.Result:After intervention,the anxiety score and depression score in the seminar group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total matching degree of operation in the seminar group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total implementation of multi-module nursing intervention in patients with total hysterectomy can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve the cooperation of patients with surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
