摘 要:目的探讨肥胖伴哮喘患儿自身体质指数变化,肺功能和脂肪因子的相关性。方法64例肥胖伴哮喘患儿,减肥半年,分别在减肥治疗前后收集肺功能、身高体质量、血清脂联素和血清瘦素,分析其相关性。结果肥胖伴哮喘患儿BMI变化数值与瘦素成正相关关(r=0.432,P<0.05),与肺功能(FEV1%,r=-0.573,P<0.05;FVC%,r=-0.327,P<0.05,PEF25,r=-0.614,P<0.05;PEF50,r=-0.362,P<0.05)和脂联素(r=-0.447,P<0.05)呈负相关关系;肺功能与脂联素(r=0.536,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论肥胖伴哮喘患儿降低体质指数可明显改善肺功能,可能是通过改变脂肪因子的含量的途径。Objective To study the relationship between the changes of the body mass index,the lung function and the fat factor in the children.Methods Sixty-four children with obesity and asthma were subjected to weight loss for half a year.Pulmonary function,height and weight,serum adiponectin and serum leptin were collected before and after weight loss treatment.The correlation was analyzed.Results The changes of BMI in children with obese and asthma were positively correlated with leptin(r=0.432,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with lung function(FEV1%,r=0.573,P<0.05;FVC%,r=0.327,P<0.05,PEF25,r=0.614,P<0.05;PEF50,r=0.362,P<0.05)and adiponectin(r=0.447,P<0.05).Pulmonary function was positively correlated with adiponectin(r=-0.536,P<0.05).Conclusion Decreasing body mass index in children with obese and asthma can significantly improve lung function,possibly through a change in the amount of adipokines.
