51例肛周脓肿脓液细菌培养及药敏结果分析

摘　　要：目的总结肛周脓肿相关致病菌的分布及药敏特点,为其临床抗菌药物的应用提供依据。方法回顾性分析2017年7月至2018年7月期间于该院肛肠科行手术治疗的51例肛周脓肿患者的脓液细菌培养结果和药敏结果。结果51例标本中检出致病菌数量居前3位的依次为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种和金黄色葡萄球菌;大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南、厄他培南、卡那霉素、头孢替坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦灵敏度为100.0%,对氨苄西林耐药率为92.3%;肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种对氨苄西林耐药率为100.0%,对多数抗菌药物敏感;金黄色葡萄球菌对氯洁霉素、红霉素、青霉素G耐药率为100.0%,对环丙沙星、莫西沙星、左氧氟沙星灵敏度为100.0%。结论肛周脓肿最主要的致病菌为大肠埃希菌,根据药敏调整药物可更为有效控制感染。Objective To summarize the distribution and drug sensitivity of bacteria associated with perianal abscess,and to provide evidence for the clinical application of antibiotics.Methods The bacterial culture and drug sensitivity of 51 patients with perianal abscess treated in the hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 451samples,the most pathogenic bacteria were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae subspecies and Staphylococcus aureus.The sensitivity of Escherichia coli to imipenem,ertapenem,kanamycin,ceftitan,and piperacillin/tazobactam was 100.0%and the resistance rate to ampicillin was 92.3%;the resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae subspecies to ampicillin was 100.0%,and it is sensitive to most antimicrobial agents;staphylococcus aureus was completely resistant to chloromycin,erythromycin and Penicillin G,the resistance rate was 100.0%.The sensitivity to ciprofloxacin,moxifloxacin and levofloxacin was 100.0%.Conclusion The main pathogen of perianal abscess is Escherichia coli.Adjusting drugs according to drug sensitivity can control infection more effectively.
