摘 要:目的:探讨应用磁共振成像对骨质疏松性压缩骨折椎体成形术前评估的价值。方法:收集我院2018年1月至2018年12月72例临床诊断骨质疏松性压缩骨折病例,使用飞利浦achieva 1.5T磁共振扫描仪进行检查。结果:72例患者,均为多发椎体压缩,压缩椎体共249个,椎体呈双凹形改变者69个(27.71%),椎体呈楔形改变者103个(41.36%),椎体呈单关节面凹陷者27个(10.84%),椎体变扁者50个(20.08%);其中急性压缩性骨折95个(胸椎38个,腰椎57个),表现为骨质因出血、水肿、渗出等的信号异常改变。陈旧压缩椎体154个(胸椎77个,腰椎77个)。结论:磁共振对骨质疏松性压缩骨折椎体成形术前定位评估有重要价值。Objective:To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in preoperative evaluation of osteoporotic compression fractures before vertebroplasty.Methods:From January2018 to December2018,72 cases of osteoporotic compression fractures were collected and examined by Philips Achieva 1.5 T magnetic resonance scanner.Results:There were 249 cases of multiple vertebral compression,69 cases(27.71%) with double concave changes,103 cases(41.36%)with wedge-shaped changes, 27 cases(10.84%)with single articular surface depression and 50 cases(20.08%)with flattened vertebral bodies.Among them,95 cases(38 thoracic vertebrae and 57 lumbar vertebrae)were acute compressive fractures,presenting as bone hemorrhage, edema and osmosis, Outstanding signal abnormal change. There were 154 obsolete compressed vertebrae(77 thoracic vertebrae and 77 lumbar vertebrae).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance imaging is of great value in the preoperative evaluation of vertebroplasty for osteoporotic compression fractures.
