摘 要:为了达到国家节能减排约束性目标及能源的高效利用,根据CFD原理选取某型号的58 MW煤粉炉为研究对象,对燃烧器及炉膛进行三维物理建模,根据合理的假设和边界条件设置,模拟在6种工况下锅炉炉内速度场,探讨其变化规律。通过6种工况的计算结果对比得知当锅炉负荷是100%和80%时,随着风量比的增大,流场的扰动效果越好,当负荷是60%时,风量比的大小对于流场的影响很小,基本趋于相同;当风量比相同时,对流场的扰动作用会随着负荷的降低而减弱。In order to meet the national obligatory targets for energy conservation and emissions reduction and energy efficient utilization,this article according to the principle of CFD to choose a type of 58 mw pulverized coal furnace as research object,the burners and the furnace for three dimensional physical modeling,according to the reasonable assumptions and boundary conditions are set up,simulation in 6 kinds of boiler furnace under the condition of velocity field,its change law.By comparing the calculation results of 6 working conditions,it is found that when the boiler load is 100%and 80%,the better the disturbance effect of the flow field is with the increase of the air volume ratio.When the load is 60%,the air volume ratio has little influence on the flow field,and basically tends to be the same.When the air volume ratio is the same,the disturbance of the flow field will weaken with the decrease of the load.
