摘　　要："大众创业,万众创新"作为国家新常态下经济持续增长的动力和源泉,高等学校作为人才培养的主力军,是创新创业人才的主要阵地。作为地方性本科高校,将创新创业教育融入城市大学的建设中,通过适应地域性社会人才需求,不断优化人才培养方案,强化顶层系统设计,深化教育教学改革,扎实开展创新创业工作、创新创业教育见成效等方面开展探索与实践,且收到较好的效果。"Mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation"is the motive force and source of sustained economic growth under the new state of the country.As the main force of the training of talents,colleges and universities are the main position of innovative and entrepreneurial talent.As a local undergraduate university,the innovation and entrepreneurship education is integrated into the construction of urban universities.Through adapting the needs of regional social talents,we have carried out the exploration on optimizing the training program of talents,strengthening the design of the top level system,deepening the reform of education and teaching,carrying out the work of innovation and entrepreneurship.With practice,good results have been received.
