大数据时代信息扶贫中的风险防范研究

摘　　要：大数据时代是我国信息扶贫新的背景。目前,我国大数据信息扶贫过程中存在新的发展技术创新力不足、扶贫信息转化率低、数据安全隐患与技术人才短缺等风险。针对其存在的风险,文章提出防范建议:提高大数据技术创新力、提高数据信息的转化率、提高扶贫数据的安全性与培养大数据技术人才等。Big data era is new background for information poverty alleviation in China.There are information technology innovation deficiency,alleviation conversion rate low,data security hidden danger and technology talent shortage,etc.In the process of information for poverty alleviation.Aiming at the existence of the risk,the article puts forward the suggestions to prevent include:increasing technical innovation to improve data information of big data conversion rate to improve the safety of data for poverty alleviation and cultivate large data and technical personnel,etc.
