摘　　要：清洁燃煤供热是综合能源服务的重要分支,其特点是用户需求稳定、市场稳定、技术成熟可靠、有政策支持,是中国华电集团有限公司的主营业务之一。为提高燃煤热电厂的供热能力,从政策和技术角度讨论了我国供热行业的特点、清洁燃煤的政策定位等问题,并结合清华大学的研究成果,提出6项调整措施以及在实施过程中应注意的主要问题。Clean coal heat-supply is an important branch of integrated energy services.It is characterized by stable user demand, stable market, mature and reliable technology and policy support. It is the main business of Huadian Group. To improve the heating capacity of coal-fired power plants,discussion on characteristics of heating industry in China and the political positioning of clean coal was made from the perspective of policy and technology. And considering the researching achievement of Tsinghua University, six measures to expand the heating capacity of existing coal-fired power plants and the related problems were proposed.
