尼龙护套光缆老化性能研究及使用寿命预测

摘　　要：本实验通过对尼龙护套光缆的老化性能研究,基于阿累尼乌斯定律,对光缆使用寿命进行预测,结果表明本公司现阶段生产的尼龙护套光缆,符合通信行业经验指标。通过研究建立老化模型,预测出在不同寿命终点下光缆的使用寿命,为光缆寿命预测研究提供参考。In the experiment,The aging behavior of nylon optical cable are studied,and based on Arrhenius model was applied to predict the service life of nylon optical cable.The results show that the nylon optical fiber cable produced by our company reaches the communication industry index.The aging model is established to predict the service life of optical fiber cable at the end of different service life points,which provides a reference for the study of prediction of fiber optic cable service life.
