摘 要:采用不同浓度的盐酸改性处理ZSM5分子筛,得到一系列具有不同酸性和孔结构的多级孔ZSM-5分子筛,分别用XRD、SEM、N2-脱附、Py-IR、NH3-TPD等对多级孔ZSM-5分子筛的结构和酸性进行表征。结果表明,酸浓度直接影响脱出的分子筛骨架铝与非骨架铝的组成,并且可以产生介孔结构;高浓度的HCl处理更多地脱出了骨架元素,使得分子筛强酸量减少,而低浓度酸改性较多地脱出了非骨架元素,降低了弱酸性量。多级孔ZSM-5分子筛在催化纤维素快速热解制芳烃反应中表现出明显高于传统ZSM-5分子筛的芳烃选择性,这主要是由于其增加了介孔孔道,提高了芳烃产物的扩散性。A series of hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolites with different acidity and pore structures were prepared by hydrochloric acid treatment method.The structure and acidity of hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolites were characterized by XRD,SEM,N 2-desorption,Py-IR,NH 3-TPD,etc.The results showed that the concentration of HCl directly affected the compositions of removed framework Al and non-framework Al and some mesoporous structures were produced.Most framework Al was removed by concentrated HCl treatment,resulting in a decrease of the strong acid amount in the zeolites.However,most non-framework elements were removed by the dilute HCl treatment,reducing the weak acid amount.The hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolites show significantly higher selectivity for aromatic than the traditional ZSM-5 molecular sieve in the catalytic fast pyrolysis of cellulose.This is mainly due to the increase of mesoporosity and the diffusion of aromatic products.
