摘 要:当前配电网规划主要针对全网开展,但尚未形成模块化规划的系统框架和关键技术,针对此问题,提出了新的解决方案。首先,制定了配电网模块化规划的层次结构,分析了各模块的定义与功能,提出了规划流程;然后,分别针对功能区、供电网格、供电单元、功能块等多个层级,提出了模块划分方法;再次,针对各层级的模块化规划,分析了关键技术问题并提出了解决方案;最后,结合实际案例说明了所提体系与方法的有效性,并进行了展望。Considering that the distribution network planning is mainly developed for the whole network,and the sys?tem framework and key technologies of modular planning have not formed yet,a novel solution is proposed in this pa?per.First,the hierarchical structure of modular planning for distribution network is formulated,the definition and func?tion of each module are analyzed,and the planning process is proposed.Then,a modular division method is put for?ward at multiple levels,such as functional area,power supply mesh,power supply unit,and functional block.In addi?tion,the key technical problems are analyzed for the modular planning at each level,and the corresponding solutions are given.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed system and method are verified with the combination of a practical case,and the development trend of planning technologies in the future are projected.
