摘　　要：霉变是黑白照相底片常见的病害现象之一,严重影响其记载信息的完整性与清晰度,危害其长久保存。本文采用Keyence VK-X250K形状分析激光显微镜研究了霉变照相底片背涂层的表面形貌,测试了其表面算数平均高度(Sa)、最大高度(Sz)、表面性状高宽比(Str)、算数平均山峰曲率(Spc)、界面展开面积比(Sdr)等表面粗糙度参数。实验结果表明,黑白照相底片发生霉变后其背涂层被霉菌严重侵蚀,形成凹凸不平的粗糙表面,此粗糙表面的存在是导致底片霉变之后所记载图像清晰度与完整性受损的主要原因之一。Mildew is one of the common diseases of photographic negatives, which seriously affects the integrity and clarity of its recorded information and endangers its long-term preservation.In this paper,the surface morphology on the back coating of moldy photographic negatives were studied by Keyence VK-X250 K laser confocal microscope,and the surface roughness parameters such as arithmetical mean height(Sa),maximum height(Sz),texture aspect ratio(Str),arithmetic mean peak curvature(Spc),developed interfacial area ratio(Sdr)were tested.The results showed that the back coating of the film is seriously eroded by mold after mildew,forming a rough and uneven surface.This rough surface is one of the main reasons for the damage of the clarity and integrity of the photographic negative records image information.
