基于双针床经编机生产一次成形医用绷带的工艺设计与开发

摘　　要：现代医学对医用绷带的要求越来越高,既要通透性好、不影响血液循环和伤口愈合、轻巧灵便,还要不脱散、稳定性好、拉伸弹性回复率高、塑性变形小等。为此,采用锦纶与氨纶在GE282双针床拉舍尔经编机上选择合理工艺组织交织生产该织物。阐述面料的开发原理,设计纱线原料及组织结构、筛选整经及经编工艺参数,提出并解决各工序的技术难点,消除生产过程中产生的各类疵点。研究结果表明,在双针床经编机上生产医用绷带,透气性好、使用方便、弹性好、防脱散,有广阔的市场前景。The requirement of modern medicine for medical bandages is becoming higher and higher.It should not only have good permeability,no influence on blood circulation and wound healing,be light and handy,but also it should be not separated,stable,high elastic recovery rate and small plastic deformation.Aiming at the requirement above,by choosing reasonable process,the fabric is produced using polyamide and spandex on GE282 double needle bed warp-knitting machine.The development principle of fabrics,yarn raw materials and organizational structure,warping and warp-knitting process parameters are described.Technical difficulties of each process are proposed and solved.All kinds of defects in the production process are eliminated.The result shows that the production of medical bandages on the double needle bed warp-knitting machine has good air permeability,convenient use,good elasticity and anti-separation,and has a broad market prospect.
