摘 要:结合了两种树脂的优点,聚碳酸酯/聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(PC/ABS)合金综合性能比较优异,根据市场需求,重点研究了具备抗静电性能的PC/ABS合金。随着导电炭黑(CCB)添加量从14%增加到15%,合金表面电阻率骤降,其从绝缘级别转变成导电级别,这导致抗静电级别合金的调控空间只有1%,同时随CCB添加量增大,合金的熔体质量流动速率(MFR)和冲击强度呈直线下降趋势。将CCB和碳纳米管(CNT)复配使用之后,CCB添加量在9%~12%区间合金都处于抗静电级别,可调控空间增大到3%,而且同为抗静电级别情况下,由于CCB添加量降低,与单独使用CCB情况相比,合金的MFR增大了一倍,冲击强度提升了100 J/m,该种情况下抗静电PC/ABS合金综合性能比较优异。Combining the advantages of the two resins,the comprehensive properties of polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)blends were excellent.According to the market demand,this paper focused on the PC/ABS blends with antistatic properties.With the addition of conductive carbon black(CCB)increased from 14%to 15%,the surface resistivity of blends dropped sharply,the blends changed from insulation to conductivity,and this resulted in only 1%regulation space for antistatic grade blends.Simultaneously,the melt flow index(MFR)and impact strength of the blends could decrease linearly with the increase of CCB contents.When CCB and carbon nanotubes(CNT)were used together,the blends with CCB contents in the range of 9%~12% were in antistatic level,the adjustable space could increase to 3%.And in the case of the same anti-static level,due to the decrease of CCB addition,comparing with the case of CCB alone,the MFR of the blend doubled,impact strength could increase 100 J/m.In this case,the comprehensive properties of antistatic PC/ABS blends were excellent.
